a new look into
finance & real estate

This project focused on creating a modern digital presence for Legacy Wealth that communicates credibility, simplifies complex services, and guides clients toward building lasting financial security, and highlighting the company's mission, "helping families build and protect generational wealth" into a digital experience that feels approachable, transparent, and credible.

project summary.
Legacy Wealth needed a website that could clearly communicate its dual expertise in real estate and financial planning while building trust with clients who are often skeptical of financial services. Competitor websites were either too jargon-heavy, lacked transparency, or failed to show the human side of the business. This left clients feeling uncertain about whether they could confidently engage with a firm for something as important as long-term wealth building.

the problem.
The new Legacy Wealth website was designed to be approachable, transparent, and professional. It highlights core services in simple language, showcases the team to humanize the brand, and uses trust signals such as numbers served and partner affiliations. Clear calls-to-action and streamlined navigation guide users from curiosity to contact, creating a digital experience that builds confidence and encourages engagement.

the solution.
LEGACY WEALTH
client website

modern, trustworthy website for that enables potential & existing clients to explore the company’s services in real estate & financial sectors

my research methodology.
I used a mixed-method approach that included client surveys to identify key website needs, stakeholder interviews to align with business goals, and competitor analysis to benchmark industry practices. Insights were synthesized into proto-personas capturing client motivations and frustrations. Low-fidelity wireframes were then tested with a small group of clients, and feedback guided iterations on navigation, service hierarchy, and calls-to-action. This process ensured the final design emphasized clarity, trust, and accessibility.

s.w.o.t analysis.
The Legacy Wealth website is strengthened by its professional design, clear dual focus on financial and real estate services, and strong trust signals. However, it risks overwhelming users with information and lacks visible pricing or case studies. Opportunities exist to build credibility through testimonials, localized content, and educational tools, while threats include established competitors, regulatory limitations, and potential barriers for less financially literate users.
